Three different speed effects show up in the Social menu and the Work Faster option. They are not the HUD Speed button. That HUD control is a movement tool, and its numeric range is not published. See HUD tools.
The three boosts

The group boost is described as permanent only while you stay in the group. Leaving removes it. No public group URL was confirmed for this page, so use the Social menu inside the experience rather than a guessed group link.
The friend reward is five minutes of walkspeed. No exact walk speed number or multiplier is published. Each friend can trigger it once per day.
What is not listed
Per-tier Work Faster costs, the currency they use, and the exact menu path for each tier are not in the play coverage. Open Work Faster and read the current price before you spend. Whether a 2x–5x tier stacks with the +10% group boost is also undocumented. Judge the combined rate from the piece counter on a build you already understand.
